Bug#699776: RFS: pycdio/0.18-1 [ITP]

(I don't intend to sponsor this package, sorry.)

* Benjamin Eltzner <b.eltzner@gmx.de>, 2013-02-04, 22:27:
http://mentors.debian.net/debian/pool/main/p/pycdio/pycdio_0.18-1.dsc

The package FTBFS when built in a minimal environment:
|    dh_python2 -O--buildsystem=python_distutils
| E: dh_python2:145: extension for python2.6 is missing. Build extensions for all supported Python versions (`pyversions -vr`) or adjust X-Python-Version field or pass --no-guessing-versions to dh_python2

lintian4python emits:
e: pycdio source: python-module-but-no-python-depends python-pycdio
e: python-pycdio: missing-dependency-on-byte-compilation-helper pycompile => python (>= 2.6.5)
i: pycdio source: python-stdeb-boilerplate debian/rules:3 "This file was automatically generated by stdeb 0.6.0+git"
e: python-pycdio: pyflakes-undefined-name usr/share/pyshared/cdio.py:844: d
e: python-pycdio: pyflakes-undefined-name usr/share/pyshared/iso9660.py:197: pycdio
e: python-pycdio: pyflakes-undefined-name usr/share/pyshared/iso9660.py:203: stat_array_to_href
e: python-pycdio: pyflakes-undefined-name usr/share/pyshared/iso9660.py:431: stat_array_to_href

Please ask upstream to include full license text in their tarballs. This is required by GPLv3 (§4).

pycdio.py in the binary package has the following comment:
# This file was automatically generated by SWIG (http://www.swig.org).
# Version 1.3.40

This is not the version of SWIG that is in unstable, which means that the file hasn't been rebuilt from source. Please fix that.

Upstream provides some tests. Tests love to be run at build time. :)
