Hello List: I am package a library from scratch. The upstream source package contains no changelog file, but the library website provides matter to extract one for it. I guess that I may have to extract the changelog file from the website: may I forget it ? is there any tool to do so ? Any hint is welcome. Best wishes, Jerome
