Wait half an hour and retry: works.
umm i try this.. and nothinh,.. but i'll try this again with my key uploaded in a public server .. maybe replication its slowly
 
Conclusion (in my case): it can take some time before
a freshly uploaded key is taken into account.
my ley are into account since past week!!!

I had had the same problem last week:
I generated a new 4096R key and export a public key,
upload to debian mentors profile. When running

dput mentors blah_X.Y.Z.changes

I had the same message:

gpg: Can't check signature: public key not found

Wait half an hour and retry: works.
Conclusion (in my case): it can take some time before
a freshly uploaded key is taken into account.
