Please merge the changelog entries into one. (I prefer one entry per 
upload to the archive.)

I'd rather use $(shell pyversions ...) rather than `pyversions ...` - in 
the former case pyversions output will be recorded in build log.

The test suite is slightly broken:
If lzo.decompress("xx") didn't raise exception, it would print 
"Exception handling does NOT work !", but then proceed to return 0 
(meaning sucess).
