Reuploaded, it should reappear one day. Fixed spelling errors. All
hardening tags related to usr/bin/haxe{doc,lib} went away by building
against neko >= 1.8.2 I'm trying to adopt as well. Same ex-maintainer.
Both switched to a git collab-maint repo.
