Hi,

It should be called "+dfsg", as in "Debian Free Software Guidelines".
Calling it +ds doesn't express anything.

Also, your debian/changelog shouldn't contain more than:

libjs-swfupload (2.2.0.1-1) unstable; urgency=low

  * Initial release (Closes: #602253, #609110)

You are *not* documenting your work in this file, you are documenting
changes in Debian. Since the software has never been in Debian, a single
initial entry in your debian/changelog is enough.
