I just had a quick look at the website :

> We also request that Gyoto modifications, extensions or plug-ins

As this is a restriction on its use, this should go in
debian/copyright.

I also believe that it is not DFSG compliant, as it is not possible to
make gyoto plugins that are both leading to a publication and for
private (or commercial) use.
