Yes, I thought about this before, but I am not sure if this is correct,
if I am not maintainer of any package yet and thus never upload to
master.

It is based on PostgreSQL and upstream developers team planning to merge
both projects. The copyright information is provided by upstream, and I
have no right to do something with it. But there is copyright:
