Thank you for accepting my contribution. I just wanted to install the
newest org-mode "the debian way", and ended up with something I thought
would be natural to share. I didn't know that NMU's are limited to only
fixing bugs in the old versions (unfortunately there are times when I
can't read the manuals precisely enough due to lack of time; in such
cases I simply try to not touch things I don't understand.)

A question about the standarts change. There is such a statement in the
debian policy upgrade checklist for the version 3.9.3.0:
9.10
Packages using doc-base do not need to call install-docs
anymore.
I didn't change anything of this, but still updated the
standarts-version. I'm not sure if it was good to do.
