The standards version is not something static but should be raised by
the maintainer according to the level of policy compliance your package
satisfies.

Looking at the policy I linked before, you claim by setting the
standards field it would comply to version 3.7.2 of that document. We're
currently at 3.9.2, thus you might check if your package complies with
that (I guess you didn't really check that for version 3.7.2 either)

Regarding the section, well, unknown is not a known section. You may
want to set it so something more accurate. Look here [1] to get an overview.

Feel free to ask further questions, especially regarding the policy
compliance of your package. If you still want to introduce your package
to Debian, please file a regular RFS request. You can get the idea
by looking at other such requests or by using the mentors.debian.net
platform.

Bear in mind people want to see a downloadable link to your source
package in such a mail, that's basically the generated file output of
your "make debian" target.
