RFS: sigit

Dear mentors,

I am looking for a sponsor for my package "sigit". This is a small 
update, fixing two bugs (one FTBFS on multiarch systems, one minor bug - 
should have Homepage-header in debian/control). Few updates (standards 
updated, lintian errors fixed).
