Changes to debian/patches/series, debian/*.dirs and debian/*.install are
not documented.
You have two copies of hyphen-used-as-minus-sign in debian/patches. Why?
Your patches look like if "Index: …" was part of DEP-3 header, which was
surely not your intention.
Your machine-readable debian/copyright format is quite outdated, you
should probably update it.
dpkg-shlibdeps complains:
