RFS: Jampal (2nd try)

Dear mentors,

I am looking for a sponsor for my package "jampal".
This is my second attempt. I have fixed errors that were pointed out to
me last time.

It builds these binary packages:
tagbkup    - back up and restore mp3 tags
jampal     - mp3 song library management system and player

The package appears to be lintian clean.

My motivation for maintaining this package is: I believe this can be a
very useful system for people with large collections of mp3 music files.
It has many features not available with any other program.
