Sure, assuming another ITP/RFP bug does not exists for this software. You 
have to file a bug against the "wnpp" pseudo-package.

You can do this by using reportbug(1) (on Debian):

    $ reportbug wnpp

Then press '1' (for ITP) and follow the instructions.
