Hi Dmitry,

two thing:

W: retext source: out-of-date-standards-version 3.9.1 (current is 3.9.2)
- simply update your 'Standard-Version' field

On '--pedantic' check:


P: retext: no-upstream-changelog
- it would be better to create it (if it's possibile)
