RFS: kakadu

Dear mentors,

I am looking for a sponsor for my package "kakadu". Even if kakadu is
non-free, this package is extremely important for the development of
openjpeg a free opensource JPEG 2000 implementation. kakadu is being
used in the regression testing of openjpeg.
