By the looks of it, yes.  Should be fixed in git already.

Feel free to use an override, contrary to popular belief it is not a
mistake to use overrides when Lintian has a bug or is wrong.  As for
waiting on a backported Lintian... You can do that, but keep in mind
that the fixed Lintian is not in sid yet (hopefully it will be soon).
