Please consider using "debhelper (>= 8)" rather than "debhelper (>= 
8.0.0)".

The long description is... bad. Please consult Developer's Reference 
6.2.3 about how should it look like.

As per Python Policy 2.2, the binary package name should be 
"python-cmemcached".

The package fails to build in a minimal environment:

|    dh_testdir
|    dh_auto_clean

| ImportError: No module named setuptools
