You may have to wait for a few minutes, but you'll eventually receive
a confirmation e-mail from Debian mentors and your package would then
be found at [1].

I'm not sure whether or not you've already contacted the maintainer of
the otrs2 package (if you did, presumably you wouldn't be asking for a
sponsor here on debian-mentors@l.d.o), but uploading a newer version
of a package that is maintained by somebody else without a valid
reason for doing so (e.g. the package is RC-buggy and the maintainer
isn't responding...in which case you'd perform a NMU) is considered to
be hijacking that package, and is frowned upon.
