If I interpret whois info correctly, that website is "unavailable" (=cybersquatted) at least since 1 year. I'm not a Debian Developer, but I would guess that asking sponsorship for a package apparently dead upstream almost automatically implies one of the following: 1) being sure that upstream will eventually come back to life 2) taking over the role of upstream (including making releases downloadable somewhere) bye Pietro
