It is normal, especially during the freeze. The oldest package in new
has been waiting 11 months.

Yes, you'll either get a request for clarification or a REJECT. No
need to contact them until that happens.

Maybe after squeeze is released and they've processed the backlog.
Outside of a freeze maybe 2 months.
