According to the PTS the package has DMUA set on it, so you should be
able to build and upload it yourself. To upload to Debian you need to
build the package in a clean chroot (sbuild/pbuilder/etc), sign the
.changes file with debsign and upload to the main archive instead of
mentors.d.n.
Are you asking for a review? In that case you should have put RFR/RFC
in the topic instead of RFS.
