RFS: qt-program-starter (new package)

I am looking for a sponsor for my package "qt-program-starter".

It builds these binary packages:
qt-program-starter - Qt4 program to start a program or process

The package appears to be lintian clean.

My motivation for maintaining this package is: I am using it myself and I think it is very useful.
And since I am the original author, I thought of porting it to debian.
