RFS: nauty graph isomorphism package (fixes RC bug).

I am looking for a sponsor for my package "nauty".

It builds these binary packages:
libnauty-dev - library for computing graph automorphisms (development files)
libnauty1d - library to compute graph automorphisms and canonical labellings
nauty      - command line tools to compute graph automorphisms

The package appears to be lintian clean.

The upload would fix these bugs: 569269 (FTBFS due to appearence of
    getline in default namespace).

My motivation for maintaining this package is: I use it in my work, and
it is a build depend for polymake, another package I am (slowly) 
working on.
