Dear Cristian,
the package does not seem to be maintained anymore. I see that you maintain
another package – pacpl – which recommends mppenc. How about adopting mppenc?
Otherwise, if it is dispensable (to be checked with the other package
recommending it, soundkonverter), filing a request for removal of our archive
would be a more long-term solution.
