RFS: libcdaudio (updated package, new maintainer release)

Hi,

I have a new version of the libcdaudio package, which I adopted from
Daniel Baumann. This version fixes a very old bug, implementing HTTP
proxy basic access authentication in the process (while not touching the
external interface at all, adding only an internally-used symbol for
Base64 encoding.)

Changelog:
libcdaudio (0.99.12p2-10) unstable; urgency=low

  * debian/control: new maintainer (Closes: #543847)
  * Rebuild Autotools at package build, per autotools-dev recommendation
  * debian/rules: Use TopGit/Quilt for patch management
  * debian/patches:
    + Autogenerate patches from git branches
    + Add patch implementing HTTP proxy basic access authentication
      (Closes: #189261)
  * debian/control:
    + Re-add Vcs-* fields pointing to new git repo
    + wrap long descriptions
    + remove duplicate Section on libcdaudio1
  * debian/copyright: update against current source
  * Add debian/watch for uscan(1)
  * Add debian/symbols for dpkg-shlibdeps(1)

Thanks in advance!

  I like the idea of 256 bits, though: 32 for the (Unicode) character
leaves room for 224 Bucky bits, which ought to be enough for anyone.
