Also please note that
/usr/share/javascript
will be accessible on the web server, e.g.
http://localhost/javascript

so in your debian/rules :
chmod +x debian/jslib-dojo/usr/share/javascript/dojo/dojox/storage/buildFlashStorage.sh
might be a bad place and idea.
