Changelog:
 * New upstream release
   - test3.fits is not shipped anymore
 * Convert to 3.0 (quilt) format
 * Add watch file
 * Remove call to dh_desktop
 * Remove linda overrides
 * Check against policy 3.8.3

Note: The Dm-Upload-Allowed is set. It was already in the control file  
in the previous upload. For some reason, it didn't appear in the dsc  
file though. I am already DM for the rest of the Yorick packages, see:
