Nothing. The maintainers of the sf.net QA redirector have contacted
sf.net to resolve the issue, which was caused by recent changes in the
sf.net HTML / URL layout. It will get fixed at some point, in the
meantime you'll need to manually check your upstream's version
numbers, or subscribe to their releases or freshmeat.net pages.
