RFS: fluid-soundfont (bug-fix packaging update)

I am not subscribed to either of your lists, so please remember to CC me.
I am looking for a sponsor for the new version 3.1-3 of my package
"fluid-soundfont".
It builds these binary packages:
fluid-soundfont-gm - Fluid (R3) General MIDI SoundFont (GM)
fluid-soundfont-gs - Fluid (R3) General MIDI SoundFont (GS)
The package appears to be lintian clean.
The upload would fix these bugs: 536585. This change compresses the
soundfont files using flac during the package build, and uses the
maintainer scripts to decompress on install. The additional CPU
requirement is well worth the 36% bandwidth saved.
