Hello,

I found following:

* debian/changelog:
- - It is not a must, but in my opinion it is cleaner if you completly
remove the -2 revision and -1 is your first initial upload.

* debian/control:
- - Out of date standards version

* debian/copyright:
- - You might refresh the year of your own copyright ;)

* debian/dirs:
- - The first three entrys are unneeded

* debian/patches/*.dpatch:
- - Your patch descriptions are like "Patch for <file>", could you please
describe there, what they are doing
