I looked in k3b and it was in kde section, so I thought that this is the 
section for utils from extragear.

This program depends to ati proprietary driver, so I changed the section to 
contrib/utils.

I also cleaned debian/rules and fixed some old URLs in copyright and control 
files.

You can find the -4 package in mentors. (-3 was uploaded yesterday with 
Section: contrib/kde).
