RFS: ldaptor 0.0.43-3: QA upload, closes RC bug

Hi,

I prepared a QA upload for ldaptor, a pure-python library for LDAP.
It closes the following bugs:

  494904 (serious) - python-openssl transition
  516306 (normal)  - generates incorrect package with python-support from
                     experimental

There are some lintian warnings left:

 - binary-without-manpage: There are no man pages, see #190706

 - maintainer-script-empty: The tarball includes debian/* and a postinst
   script.  Removing it would require repacking.
