Having the same binary version on the same architecture come from two
different source versions is fundamentally broken.

It behavoir is non-defined in the BTS

You also won't satisfy your desired goal, because the metadata in the
packages will most likely differ, and libapt will install the new
package anyway.

The right way to solve this problem is to split the -doc packages out.
