RFS: P4A - PHP For Applications

Hello to everybody,
I'm searching a sponsor to upload p4a dep package on Debian.

P4A is a PHP5 RAD and object oriented framework for building
event-driven stateful web applications.
It's a project born in 2003 and published under the Affero GPL v3.
