Thanks Osamu,

so far i have read the new maintainers' guide, and i have glanced through the debian policy.

the debian reference is more generic (as far as i remember); i consulted it when i first started using debian and it was really helpful. Although i haven't looked at it for a few years now, i just noticed that among the rest you have also a section on git which i will read very soon as i am interested in it.

but i remember reading it and thinking, wow this document has a lot of everything in it :)
