Please address the lintian warnings that are generated. They are not
difficult and will produce a better package more in line with
standards.
W: rrdcollect source: out-of-date-standards-version 3.7.2 (current is 3.7.3)
W: rrdcollect: possible-bashism-in-maintainer-script preinst:18 'kill -9'
W: rrdcollect: copyright-without-copyright-notice
Please clean out the cruft in debian/rules.
debian/watch file should be version 3.
Homepage should no longer be in the extended description. It has its
own field now.
Those are comments after a quick review.
