Packaging a non-free software

Hi Mentors,

I want this software [1] avaible in debian, but is released as
binary-only without any license.

There are any chance to put my package [2] in debian, non-free archive?

I'm asked upstreams about license, if the source code is avaible,
etc... and I'm waiting a reply.
