Hi!

You should not depend on python-minimal, but on python. See the
associated lintian warning:

E: grub-choose-default: depends-on-python-minimal depends
N:
N: The python-minimal package (and versioned variants thereof) exists
N: only to possibly become an Essential package. Depending on it is
N: always an error since it should never be installed without python. If
N: it becomes Essential, there is no need to depend on it, and until
N: then, packages that require Python must depend on python.
N:
N: Severity: important; Certainty: certain
