Brilliant! Monitoring upstream's VCS with and taking care of fixing defects
also present in current packages is a good idea and generally scores higher
in uploader's checklists.

Helping Ubuntu folks is also very nice, and to be honest I was not aware of
that LP magic.

I'll be offline next 48-72 hours (unexpected mountaineering ;) and I would be
thankful if anyone takes care of uploading package to t-p-u, otherwise I will
upload it once get back. Meantime, could you please ask Debian Release Team
(debian-release at lists.debian.org) for approval showing them the debdiff
for the package found in lenny ? As I see it, if in doubt pointers given by
Pabs should help, otherwise please ask for help ;-)

0.4.6.6-2 is already dinstalled, but that shouldn't matter anyway since
buildds and wanna-build will pick the newer one I believe, unless anyone
proves me wrong.
