libdgtnix-1-9 - libraries for using DGT chess board

Dgtnix is a POSIX driver for the Digital Game Timer board and clock. It is
intended at acting as a layer between chess programs and the devices.
The package appears to be lintian clean.
The upload would fix these bugs: 488965

Because it must be used with a chessboard and can not be tested by many of
you I include the output of the program after it is installed. So you can
see its working... ;)
