FTP no more available

Please help, i was working on this bug to get fixed but suddenly my vm crashed. Now i am again installing. I have got the apt-get source testdisk.

after that I am running the command :   apt-get build-dep testdisk;

but receiving the following error log , which means those dependency file are no more there at the specified address.
