There is no best answer to packages which seem un-maintained to some
while the maintainer appears to feel that they are in good shape.

Here is a possible order with some time-lag between these (except
between 0 and 1!)

	0. File bugs.
	1. Put bug fixes in the BTS tagged "patch".
	2. Make a NMU which fixes *only* BTS bugs.
	3. Offer to co-maintain the package (copy to MIA).
	3alt. Suggest removal of the package.
	4. Offer to adopt the package (copy to MIA).

Above all be polite both in words and deed!
