Please document your takeover in copyright. I don't really understand
your *.install files, but
that's OK for now. I get a lintian error:
E: smplayer: menu-icon-not-in-xpm-format smplayer
even if it looks like an xpm image. The worst that your package is not
buildable two or or more
times in a row. I get:
