libdbi Debian packages

Hi,

I have received this from my upstream.

Should I consider adding a /etc/ld.so.conf.d/libdbd.conf ?

Hi Thomas,

I've asked you about this a while ago but it may have escaped your
attention. libdbi-drivers still has a feature request which actually
pertains to libdbi, see:

http://sourceforge.net/tracker/index.php?func=detail&aid=1691540&group_id=65979&atid=512948

"I would like to make a feature request for the debian packages of
libdbd*. Please consider having the packages create the ld.so config
file that adds /usr/lib/dbd to the ldconfig path.
Such as
$ cat "/usr/lib/dbd" > /etc/ld.so.conf.d/dbd.conf

I think this is going to be the standard debian way of doing this sort
of thing in the near future.
http://people.debian.org/~terpstra/message/20070318.100838.941895e3.en.html";

Is that already implemented in the current packages? I'd like to close
this fairly old feature request.

regards,
Markus
