and here we go:

  * remove the useless empty line at the end of the changelog

  * note that you modified lib/Device/Modem/Protocol/Xmodem.pm and the
   reason for it.

  * remove the not used dh_* calls from rules

  * your package is arch all, you don't need dh_strip in rules.

  * lib/Device/Modem/UsRobotics.pm is a derivated work, you should
    list this in debian/copyright too.

the rest is good, if you fix above things, i'll sponsor your package.
