Unfortunately I had problem installing the resulted package:
neo:~# dpkg -i /var/cache/pbuilder/result/axel_1.0b-7_i386.deb
(Reading database ... 238528 files and directories currently installed.)

(using .../result/axel_1.0b-7_i386.deb) ...
Unpacking replacement axel ...

Is this /usr/doc transition stuff still needed?
