RFS: lunar-applet (updated package)

The last upstream version has some license issue(relicense GPL code as
LGPL), and this version have fix this problem. please help upload it,

I am looking for a sponsor for the new version 1.8-1
of my package "lunar-applet".
It builds these binary packages:
lunar-applet - GNOME Clock applet with added Chinese lunar calendar support
The package appears to be lintian clean.
The upload would fix these bugs: 446973
