* php4 is no longer in unstable.
* I propose you a best short description:
  PHP PECL extension for APC (Alternative PHP Cache)
* there is a problem with PHP licence version 3.0
* add Homepage field in control
* if you don't have interesting stuff to say, remove README.Debian
