One glitch, Kumar, have you tried to build with the alternative tex support?

debian/control specifies: tetex-bin | texlive-base-bin

With just texlive-base-bin and texlive-common on an otherwise tex-free
system, the build fails:

dh_install: libitpp-doc missing files (usr/share/doc/itpp-*/html/*), aborting

With the larger tetex-bin bringing in:
tetex-bin texlive texlive-base texlive-base-bin texlive-doc-base
texlive-fonts-recommended texlive-latex-base texlive-latex-recommended

the build succeeds.

pbuilder and the autobuilders work fine because they look at the first
option and not the second. I thought I'd try testing the second.
;-)

One way to test this is to remove tetex-bin from debian/control and
retry in pbuilder.

I suspect one of the packages brought in by tetex-bin is also needed
for texlive-base-bin.

It's only a minor glitch and there is nothing really wrong with the
package in Debian so there's no rush to fix this. #434252 is severity
important but there's no real prospect of it becoming RC any time soon.
I'm busy with Emdebian work for the next week or two (I won't be taking
on more packages for sponsoring during that time) but I'm OK to make a
minor update.

(Most of the work in sponsoring is getting familiar with a package that
is new to me.)
